Payment is due at the time of service. At this time, we only accept the following payment methods:

Our private-pay model allows for greater flexibility and individualized service planning to best meet each client's needs. Insurance companies often impose limitations on the frequency, duration, and type of services covered, and in some cases, speech-language services may not be covered at all. By operating on a private-pay basis, we are able to begin services without the need for referrals, prior authorizations, or insurance-related restrictions.
At this time, we are considered out-of-network with all insurance providers and do not participate in any insurance contracts. However, we can provide a Superbill upon request, which clients may submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by insurance plan. Clients and their families are responsible for contacting their insurance provider directly to verify eligibility and coverage for out-of-network services.
Our session fees are as follows:
$25 for a 15 minute session
$50 for a 30 minute session
$75 for a 45 minute session
